A car bought at the other end of the country, a technical inspection, a trip to the garage, a delivery to your customer: the moment nobody is free to drive, I take over. I collect the vehicle, drive it to its destination by road, and document everything in photos at departure and on arrival.
◆ You pay when the car is outside your door. No deposit, nothing up front. Until it is delivered, you don’t pay a cent.
You pay once the vehicle has arrived and been checked. If I don’t deliver, you pay nothing. It’s that simple.
Time-stamped photos of the bodywork, the interior and the odometer, at departure and on arrival. You receive them by email.
No subcontractor, no platform, no call centre. You have my direct number before departure and throughout the trip.
Most people only think of vehicle transfer when they have bought a car far away. In reality, the moment a vehicle has to go somewhere and you can’t drive it yourself, that’s my job.
You’ve found the right car 300 km away, or abroad. I collect it from the seller and deliver it to your door.
I collect the vehicle from you, take it through the inspection centre and bring it back. You don’t burn a morning off work queueing.
Dropped off at the workshop for a service or a repair, and picked up as soon as it’s ready. You stay at work.
You’re moving region and you have two vehicles for one driver. I’ll take the second one.
You’ve sold it and the buyer lives far away. I deliver it, with the photo report that protects you both.
A car to take to your son at university, to your parents, or to a friend who needs it for a season.
Your case isn’t on the list? As long as the vehicle is roadworthy and road-legal, the answer is probably yes. Give me a call, it takes two minutes.
The principle of driven transfer: your vehicle travels under its own power, on its own plates and its own insurance. No truck, no trailer, no lifting. Whether it’s twenty kilometres or a run down to Spain, it works the same way.
The two addresses and the date that suits you. You get the price straight away with the calculator below.
I reply within 24 hours with a firm price and a slot. You receive a transfer contract and a driving authorisation to sign.
On site I take the photo report before setting off and send it to you. You follow the trip by message.
Arrival photos, keys handed over, and you pay then and there. Bank transfer, Payconiq or cash.
Most platforms make you fill in a form before they’ll give you a number. Here’s the full grid: you can work out your price without contacting me, and check that the quote matches.
Private sales, home delivery
| Up to 50 km | 80 € |
| 51 to 100 km | 120 € |
| 101 to 150 km | 160 € |
| Beyond 150 km | 160 € + 0.95 €/km |
Garages, dealerships, leasing companies
| Up to 50 km | 65 € |
| 51 to 100 km | 100 € |
| 101 to 150 km | 135 € |
| Beyond 150 km | 135 € + 0.85 €/km |
Fuel and my return journey are already included in these amounts: the price quoted is the price you pay. Beyond 150 km only the extra kilometres are counted individually — there’s no step that suddenly jumps the bill.
The price appears immediately. If you’d rather just write to me without calculating, the form works on its own too.
Enter a distance and the price appears here. You’re committing to nothing.
When a vehicle has to move and nobody is free to drive it, it costs you a salesperson’s day or a blocked parking space. That’s exactly what I unblock.
Rebalancing stock from one dealership to another, without tying up one of your staff for half a day.
Your buyer receives their car at home, with a photo report that protects you if anything is disputed.
Collection at end of contract and return to the processing centre, with a photo record at pick-up.
Beyond twenty jobs a month we can agree a framework contract and a payment arrangement that suits your organisation. Call me, five minutes and it’s settled.
I’d rather tell you now than waste a week of your time. If what you need is on this list, call me anyway: I’ll point you to someone who does it, it costs me nothing.
Me. Not a subcontractor found on a platform, not a temp. Valid licence, clean criminal record. You get my name and my mobile number before I set off, and you can call me at any point during the trip.
That’s exactly what the photo report is for. I photograph the bodywork from every angle, the interior and the odometer before setting off, and repeat the same series on arrival. You get both. If there’s a difference, it’s there in black and white and we deal with it on that basis.
The vehicle travels on its own plates and its own insurance policy, exactly as if you were driving it yourself. That’s the principle of driven transfer.
On delivery, once you have the car and the keys in hand. No deposit, nothing in advance. Bank transfer, Payconiq or cash, whichever you prefer.
Yes, and it’s essential. It has to be registered, insured and in order for inspection throughout the job. Without that I can’t take to the road, and no serious driver will either.
The registration document, the insurance certificate and the keys. I bring the transfer contract and the driving authorisation, which we sign at pick-up. For a trip abroad, the green card may be requested at the border.
In Belgium, count on 24 to 48 hours between confirmation and delivery. For France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, 48 to 72 hours depending on distance. For Spain and Italy, more like three to five days: these are multi-day drives that have to be planned. If it’s urgent I can leave within 48 hours with the surcharge set out in the grid — call me rather than using the form, it’ll be quicker.
Free of charge up to 48 hours before the job. Between 24 and 48 hours I keep 30 € for the slot held. Less than 24 hours, half the amount, because by then I’ve turned down other jobs and organised my way back.
No, SafeDrive Belgium is just starting out. So you won’t find a wall of customer reviews on this site, and that’s deliberate: I’d rather show nothing than invent testimonials. What I can offer instead is that you pay nothing until your car is outside your door.
I answer myself. If I’m at the wheel, leave a message and I’ll call back at the next stop.
Reply within 24 hours. Give me the two towns and the vehicle and I’ll go straight to the quote.

These terms govern the vehicle transfer services provided by road by SafeDrive Belgium.
Prices are stated in euros and correspond to the grid published on this site. The quote is free and valid for fifteen days. Payment is made on delivery of the vehicle.
The vehicle entrusted must be registered, covered by valid insurance and in order for technical inspection throughout the job. The customer provides the registration document, the insurance certificate and the keys.
A joint photographic condition report is drawn up at departure and on arrival. It serves as evidence of any damage occurring during the transfer. As the vehicle travels on its own plates and its own insurance policy, that policy applies to traffic events.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the job. Between 24 and 48 hours, a fee of 30 € is retained. Less than 24 hours beforehand, 50% of the agreed amount remains due.
Belgian law applies. The courts of Brussels have jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable settlement.
Only what is needed for the job: name, phone, email, pick-up and delivery addresses, and the information you add about the vehicle.
This data is used to prepare your quote and carry out the job. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
